Event description:
The Yale Jazz Ensemble Big Band, Wayne Escoffery, Music Director. Featuring special guest and living legend George Coleman, saxophone. An evening of jazz from across styles and eras, including works from Coleman’s longtime collaborator, trombonist and composer Slide Hampton, to create a dynamic and hard-swinging set of fresh arrangements and beloved standard tunes.
