Mehul Patel ‘98
Mehul Patel’s term as DM was marked by a great number of highlights. It was also marked by his wildly gyrating hips, a trademark which left quite an impression on all who were able to witness Mehul at the helm. What others would call «crazy,» Mehul would call, well, crazy. But that’s just the way he likes it.
Mehul had the joy of leading the YPMB on its history making trip to Chicago, where in a little-publicized ceremony, he was actually given the key to the city (not true). No one can doubt his absolute love for the band, and certainly Mehul can be credited for the hugeness, bigness, giantness, and sexiness of the YPMB this year.
When asked to reflect on his past year as DM, Mehul could only say, «Wooo! Yeah!!! Band!!!! OW!!! Ohhh baby!!!!! I love this band!!!»
